【摘要】：正1病例介绍患者,男,45岁,因"反复咳嗽、咳痰1月余,发热18d"于2016年4月收入院。入院前1月余无明显诱因出现咳嗽、咳痰,痰多色黄,易咳出,伴左侧胸痛;入院前18天出现发热,最高体温39.5℃;无咯血、气促,随即就诊外院,行肺部CT示"左肺下叶团块影",行肺穿刺活检并抽出脓液,脓液培养提示"丝状真菌2cfu",病理考虑"炎症性病变",予"哌拉西林他唑巴坦、左氧氟沙星"抗感染。经治疗,咳嗽、咳
