高脂血症对肺功能的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨高脂血症对肺功能二者之间的关联。 方法:选取海岛及周边地区健康成人其中30~70岁年龄组2030例(其中男736例,女1294例,平均年龄50.74±10.35岁。),对受检者进行体格检查、血生化检查(包括TC、TG、HDL、LDLC、GLU)及肺通气功能检查(FVC%、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC),采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学处理,因素间相关性探讨采用直线相关分析、多元逐步回归分析。 结果:对肺通气功能(FVC%、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC)与不同血脂成分进行直线相关分析,结果表明,FVC%(r=-0.050,P=0.025)、FEV1%(r=-0.068,P=0.002)、FEV1/FVC(r=-0.077,P=0.000)均分别与lgTG之间存在负的直线相关关系;FVC%(r=-0.009,P=0.679)、FEV1%(r=0.025,P=0.256)、FEV1/FVC (r=-0.026,P=0.237)与TC之间不存在直线相关关系;FVC%(r=0.035,P=0.118)、FEV1%(r=0.031,P=0.166)、FEV1/FVC(r=0.018,,P=0.409)与HDL之间不存在直线相关关系;FVC%(r=-0.005,P=0.828)、FEV1%(r=0.038,P=0.090)、FEV1/FVC(r=0.038,P=0.373)与LDLC之间不存在直线相关关系。进一步分别以FVC%、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC为应变量,以年龄、收缩压、舒张压、BMI、GLU、lgTG、TC、HDL、LDLC为自变量进行多元逐步回归分析,结果表明,FVC%(β=-2.623,P=0.043)、FEV1%(β=-5.323,P=0.000)、FEV1/FVC(β=-1.272,P=0.022)的变化均与lgTG有线性回归关系,且与lgTG呈负相关。 结论:lgTG分别与FVC%、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC存在负的直线相关关系,多元回归分析表明,FVC%、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC与lgTG负相关,提示肺通气功能与甘油三酯负相关。肺通气功能(FVC%、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC)与血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇之间无直线相关关系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between hyperlipidemia and pulmonary function. Methods: 2030 healthy adults (male 736, female 1294, mean age 50.74 卤10.35 years) were selected from 30 to 70 year old adults in the island and surrounding areas. Blood biochemical examination (including TCU TGG / HDLLDLCU) and pulmonary ventilation function test (FVCU) were performed with SPSS17.0 software. Linear correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation among the factors. Results: a linear correlation analysis was made between FEV1 / FVC) and different blood lipid components. The results showed that there was a negative linear correlation between FEV1 / FVCr-0.077P0.000 and FEV1 / FVCr-0.077P0.000, respectively. There was no relationship between FEVC1FVC r-0.026P0.237) and FEVC1r-0.009P0.679P0.000. there was no relationship between FEVC1FVC r-0.026P0.237) and TC. Don't take FVC1 as the dependent variable for FEV1 / FVC. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis was carried out with age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure (BMI-5.323P0.000FEV1 / FVC-1 (尾 -1.272P0. 022) and negative correlation with lgTG). The results showed that there was a linear regression relationship between lgTG and FVC (尾 -2.623 P0. 043) and a negative correlation between FV1 / FVC (尾 -1.272 P0. 022) and FEV1 (尾 -5.323P0. 000FVC (尾 -1.272) P0. 022). Conclusion there was a negative linear correlation between FVC and FEV1 / FVC. Multiple regression analysis showed that FEV1 / FVC was negatively correlated with lgTG, suggesting that pulmonary ventilation function was negatively correlated with triglyceride. There was no linear correlation between low density lipoprotein cholesterol.
