【摘要】:自噬是通过溶酶体降解细胞质蛋白或细胞器实现细胞自我更新的一个重要途径,是广泛存在于真核细胞中的一种基本生命现象,与机体的生理、病理过程密切相关。对于自噬的认识已由最初的形态学深入到分子生物学。自噬不仅仅参于到氨基酸等物质的降解,还作为细胞保护作用的重要组成部分。自噬参于呼吸系统抵御外界侵袭的保护作用。然而,自噬受损与呼吸系统许多疾病的进展有十分紧密的联系。外界因素导致自噬缺乏或过度表达均可导致疾病的发展。在肺疾病的发病机制中,,自噬及其蛋白在调控疾病发生发展的过程中扮演着不同的角色。本文着重探讨自噬与呼吸系统疾病的关系以及自噬在呼吸系统相关疾病治疗中的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Autophagy is an important way for cell self-renewal through lysosomal degradation of cytoplasmic protein or organelle. Autophagy is a basic life phenomenon widely found in eukaryotic cells and is closely related to the physiological and pathological processes of the body.The understanding of autophagy has gone from the initial morphology to molecular biology.Autophagy is not only involved in the degradation of amino acids, but also plays an important role in cell protection.Autophagy protects the respiratory system against external invasion.However, autophagy impairment is closely related to the progression of many respiratory diseases.External factors leading to autophagy deficiency or overexpression can lead to the development of the disease.Autophagy and its proteins play different roles in the pathogenesis of lung disease.This paper focuses on the relationship between autophagy and respiratory diseases and the prospect of autophagy in the treatment of respiratory system related diseases.
