以咯血、发热为主要表现的过敏性肺炎一例

【摘要】：正临床资料患者,男性,76岁,农民,因"反复咳嗽、胸闷1年,咯血1周"于2016年12月10日收入院。患者1年来反复无明显诱因出现咳嗽、痰少,伴胸闷,体力轻度下降,但不影响一般活动,未予重视及治疗。1周前于干农活后出现咯血,为成口鲜血,5~6口,遂至本地某二级医院就诊,予抗感染、止血治疗无好转,再次行走后出现咯血50~60 ml,遂转入我院。病程初期无发热,无盗汗、纳差,无消瘦,无胸痛,无黄脓痰。饮食睡眠可。查体:T 36.5℃,R 18次/min,Bp125/70mm Hg(1mmHg=
