两分钟潮气法与定量吸入法乙酰甲胆碱激发试验对哮喘患者的诊断价值

【摘要】：目的比较两分钟潮气法与定量吸入法乙酰甲胆碱激发试验对哮喘患者的诊断价值。方法对15例哮喘患者和9例正常志愿者进行两分钟潮气法与定量吸入法乙酰甲胆碱激发试验,通过ROC曲线判断两种方法对哮喘的诊断价值。结果两分钟潮气法激发试验的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性和阴性预测价值分别为0.862、0.951、0.904、0.932和0.858;定量吸入法分别为0.905、0.962、0.948、0.955和0.902。ROC曲线表明两法均有较好的诊断价值。AUC分别为:0.822、0.875,95%CI分别为:(0.785,0.904)、(0.802,0.931)。结论两分钟潮气法与定量吸入法乙酰甲胆碱激发试验均对哮喘有良好的诊断作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the diagnostic value of two minute tidal test and quantitative inhalation methacholine stimulation test in asthmatic patients. Methods 15 asthmatic patients and 9 normal volunteers were tested by two minute tidal test and quantitative inhalation methacholine stimulation test. The diagnostic value of the two methods was judged by ROC curve. Results the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the two-minute tidal test were 0.932 and 0.858, respectively, and the quantitative inhaled method was 0.9050.9620.9480.95 and the 0.902.ROC curve showed that the two methods had better diagnostic value. Conclusion the two-minute tidal test and quantitative inhalation methacholine stimulation test have a good diagnostic effect on asthma.
