犬胸部食道破裂继发胸膜炎的诊治体会

【摘要】：正犬食道破裂是一种危害严重的疾病,多因食道异物梗阻、巨食道症、永久性右动脉弓、食道肿瘤、化疗药物腐蚀及外力作用损伤等造成[1]。临床上食道破裂以食道异物阻塞所致最为常见。异物含带各种病原与阻塞物前端的食道内容物混合由破裂孔一并溢入纵隔和胸腔内,可引起纵隔炎、胸膜炎、胸水及脓毒血症,出现发烧和呼吸困难等一系列严重症状[2]。尖锐的异物可对食道形成刺激作用并引起黏膜下层组织的炎症,甚至刺破食道壁
[Abstract]:Canine esophageal rupture is a serious disease caused by esophageal foreign body obstruction, giant esophagus disease, permanent right arterial arch, esophageal neoplasms, chemotherapeutic drugs corrosion and external force damage [1]. Esophageal rupture is the most common cause of esophageal foreign body obstruction. The mixture of esophageal contents with various pathogens and obstructions into the mediastinum and thorax from the ruptured orifice may cause mediastinal inflammation, pleurisy, pleural effusion and sepsis, fever, dyspnea and a series of serious symptoms [2].
