呼吸道微生态及其在呼吸道疾病中的研究进展

【摘要】：随着不依赖培养的微生物检测技术和下呼吸道标本采集技术的发展,人们逐渐对呼吸道微生态有了更加深入的了解。大量研究已经发现呼吸道微生态与各种呼吸道疾病密切相关,并提示呼吸道菌群在呼吸道疾病的发病机制和治疗方法研究上有重要作用。本文就呼吸道微生态研究方法、健康人体呼吸道微生态、呼吸道微生态与呼吸道疾病相关性的研究进展作一综述。
[Abstract]:With the development of non-culture microorganism detection technology and lower respiratory tract specimen collection technology, people gradually have a deeper understanding of respiratory microecology. A large number of studies have found that respiratory microecology is closely related to various respiratory diseases, and it is suggested that respiratory microflora plays an important role in the study of pathogenesis and treatment of respiratory diseases. In this paper, the research progress on the research methods of respiratory microecology, the relationship between respiratory microecology and respiratory diseases in healthy human beings is reviewed.
