支炎合剂治疗热毒闭肺型支原体肺炎的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察支炎合剂对热毒闭肺型支原体肺炎治疗的临床疗效,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为支炎合剂组、阿奇霉素组,每组各30例。支炎合剂组予支炎合剂+基础治疗;阿奇霉素组予阿奇霉素+基础治疗。两组疗程均为2周。治疗结束后对疾病疗效、症状积分、MP-Ab、胸部X线、WBC、不良反应等方面进行统计及分析,来判定两组治疗热毒闭肺型支原体肺炎的疗效及安全性。结果:1.两组症状积分治疗前后差异有显著统计学意义(P0.01),治疗后组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2.MP-Ab抗体滴度:治疗后两组患者MP-Ab均有升高趋势。3.支原体肺炎患者WBC检查多在正常范围内。两组患者治疗前后CRP比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后组间CRP比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。4.两组胸部X线治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。5.阿奇霉素组总有效率为85.7%,支炎合剂组总有效率为90%,支炎合剂组疗效优于阿奇霉素组,两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。6.不良反应:阿奇霉素组有6例出现不同程度纳食减少、恶心、腹胀、腹泻等胃肠道反应。支炎合剂组未出现明显不良反应。结论:支炎合剂可有效治疗热毒闭肺型支原体肺炎患者,且不良反应少,值得临床进一步推广使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Zhiyan mixture in treating mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia caused by heat toxin. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Zhiyan mixture group and azithromycin group with 30 cases in each group. Zhiyan mixture group was treated with Zhi Yan mixture and azithromycin group with azithromycin. The course of treatment was 2 weeks in both groups. In order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups in treating mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia caused by heat toxin, the curative effect, symptom score, chest X-ray and side effects of MP-Abb, chest X-ray, and adverse reactions were analyzed and analyzed after the treatment. The result is 1: 1. The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P 0.01), and the difference was statistically significant after treatment. 2. The antibody titer of MP-Ab: after treatment, the MP-Ab of the two groups were all increased. 3. The WBC examination of mycoplasma pneumonia patients was mostly within normal range. There was significant difference in CRP between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in CRP between the two groups after treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups before and after chest X-ray treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. The total effective rate of azithromycin group was 85.7 and that of Zhiyan mixture group was 90. The curative effect of Zhiyan mixture group was better than that of azithromycin group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Adverse reactions: in azithromycin group, there were 6 cases of gastrointestinal reactions, such as decrease of food intake, nausea, abdominal distension, diarrhea and so on. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the group of Zhi Yan mixture. Conclusion: Zhiyan mixture can effectively treat the patients with heat-toxic mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, and the adverse reactions are few, which is worthy of further clinical application.
