单硝酸异山梨酯对SHR肺组织NO、iNOS、IL-1及IL-6水平的影响

【摘要】：目的:了解单硝酸异山梨酯对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)肺组织NO、i NOS、IL-1及IL-6水平的影响与意义。方法:14周龄Wistar和SHR雄性大鼠各20只,分别随机分成W0、W1、S0、S1四组,每组各10只。其中,W0和S0组饲喂生理盐水和普通饲料,W1和S1组饲喂单硝酸异山梨酯和普通饲料。喂养12周后,取大鼠肺组织检测NO、i NOS、IL-1、IL6的浓度。结果:W1组NO、i NOS、IL-1、IL6与WO组相比,水平偏高且差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);S1组NO、i NOS、IL-1、IL6与SO组相比,水平偏高且差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);W1、S1组NO、i NOS水平均与IL-1、IL-6呈正相关。结论:(1)单硝酸异山梨酯会导致正常大鼠肺组织NO、i NOS、IL-1、IL6的显著增加,即预示着慢性炎症的存在;(2)长期饲喂单硝酸异山梨酯后,可能会导致高血压大鼠机体炎症因子的增加,加重肺组织的炎症状态,造成肺组织的损害。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect and significance of isosorbide mononitrate (Isosorbide mononitrate) on the levels of IL 1 and IL 6 in lung tissue of spontaneously hypertensive rats. Methods Twenty male Wistar and twenty SHR male rats aged 14 weeks were randomly divided into four groups: W0W1S0S0S1 group with 10 rats in each group. Groups W0 and S0 were fed normal saline and normal diet W1 and S1 groups were fed isosorbide mononitrate and common diet. After 12 weeks of feeding, the lung tissues of rats were collected to detect the concentration of NOSl IL 6. Results compared with WO group, the level of NOI NOSU IL-1IL-1IL-6 in group W1 was higher than that in group WO. There was significant difference between the two groups. Compared with so group, the level of NOI NOSU IL-1IL-6 in group 1 was higher than that in group so, and there was a positive correlation between NOI NOS level and IL-6 in S1 group (P 0.05) and IL 1 (IL 6) in S 1 group (P < 0 05, P 0 05, P 1, P 0 05, P 1, P 0 05, P 1, P 0 05, P 1, P 0 05). Conclusion Isosorbide mononitrate can significantly increase the level of IL-1IL-6 in the lung tissue of normal rats, that is to say, the presence of chronic inflammation may lead to the increase of inflammatory factors in hypertensive rats after long-term administration of isosorbide mononitrate. Aggravate the inflammatory state of lung tissue, cause the damage of lung tissue.
