银杏叶提取物联合泼尼松对特发性肺间质纤维化患者细胞因子及肺纤维化程度的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨银杏叶提取物联合泼尼松对特发性肺间质纤维化患者细胞因子及肺纤维化程度的影响。方法特发性肺间质纤维化患者76例,采用随机数字表字法分为观察组与对照组各38例,观察组给予银杏叶提取物联合泼尼松治疗,对照组给予泼尼松治疗,对比治疗前后两组肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-10、干扰素(IFN)-γ、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)水平。结果两组治疗前TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10水平比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后IL-4、IL-10、TNF-α水平较治疗前均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,IFN-γ水平显著增加,且观察组水平显著高于对照组(均P0.05)。治疗前两组PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C、HA、LN水平比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(均P0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物联合泼尼松治疗特发性肺间质纤维化患者,能够有效调节患者的细胞因子水平,降低肺纤维化程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract combined with prednisone on the cytokines and the degree of pulmonary fibrosis in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Methods 76 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were divided into observation group and control group by random digital expression method, 38 cases were treated with prednisone and Apricot Leaf Extract and control group. Prednisone was treated with two groups of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) - alpha, interleukin (IL) -4, IL-10, interferon (IFN) - gamma, type III procollagen peptide (PC- III), type IV collagen (IV -C), hyaluronic acid (HA), and laminin (LN) level. There was no significant difference in the level of TNF- a, IFN- gamma and IL-4 before treatment of two groups. Two After treatment, the level of IL-4, IL-10, TNF- alpha was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the level of IFN- gamma was significantly increased, and the level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (all P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups of PC- III, IV -C, HA, and LN (P0.05) before treatment, and the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment, and the observation group was significant. It was lower than the control group (all P0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract combined with prednisone can effectively regulate the level of cytokines and reduce the degree of pulmonary fibrosis in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
