自噬与慢性阻塞性肺疾病

【摘要】:自噬现象早在50多年前即被人类发现,近十年来成为研究的热点,在各种真核细胞中可普遍发现其存在,它不仅参与了细胞的正常生理过程,同时也参与了病理过程的发生。经过数年的探索,人们对自噬作用研究的不断深入,对其作用机制也逐渐明了,并逐渐发现自噬在多种疾病都发挥着不可或缺的作用,,其中慢性阻塞性肺疾病(ChronicObstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)与自噬作用的关系的研究也不断多。作为造成死亡的重大疾病之一,COPD逐渐成为一个不容忽视的公共健康问题。但是,COPD的发病机制尚不明确,随着自噬现象及其与COPD的关系研究进一步深入,为COPD的防治寻找新的治疗策略。因此,该文着重讨论自噬在COPD发病机制中的作用及其在COPD中的临床运用价值。
[Abstract]:Autophagy was discovered by human beings more than 50 years ago. In the last decade, autophagy has become a hot topic. It can be found in all kinds of eukaryotic cells. It not only participates in the normal physiological process of cells, but also takes part in the pathological process. After several years of exploration, the study of autophagy has been deepened, the mechanism of autophagy has been gradually understood, and it has gradually been found that autophagy plays an indispensable role in many diseases. The relationship between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and autophagy is more and more. As one of the major causes of death, COPD has gradually become a public health problem that can not be ignored. However, the pathogenesis of COPD is still unclear. With the further study of autophagy and its relationship with COPD, a new treatment strategy for the prevention and treatment of COPD is sought. Therefore, this article focuses on the role of autophagy in the pathogenesis of COPD and its clinical value in COPD.
