【摘要】：正慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是近年来慢性气道疾病关注的焦点,居高不下的致死率和致残率,给呼吸专业人士带来严峻挑战。长期的临床研究表明,COPD不仅影响气道和肺,而且累及心脑血管、消化系统、泌尿系统以及神经、精神系统等,是一种全身性疾病。血细胞异常也是COPD常见并发症之一,但临床关注甚少,鲜有报导,笔者收集了本院2007年4月至2012年4月间收治该类病例126例,进行整理分析,现
[Abstract]:Positive chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) has been the focus of attention in recent years. The high mortality and disability rate bring serious challenges to respiratory professionals. Long-term clinical studies have shown that COPD not only affects the airways and lungs, but also affects the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, digestive system, urinary system, nerve and mental system, etc. It is a systemic disease. Abnormal blood cell is also one of the common complications of COPD, but there are few clinical concerns and few reports. We collected 126 cases of this kind of cases from April 2007 to April 2012.
