【摘要】：正1病例资料患者男,55岁,汉族,工人。主诉:反复咳嗽、咳痰2年,加重伴胸闷、气憋1个月。患者于2年前每逢季节变化或受凉感冒后出现咳嗽、咳痰,咳少许白色泡沫痰,以晨起时明显,上楼及剧烈运动均不受限,在家自服药物(具体不详)以上症状可缓解,期间病情反复。2016年2月份受凉后再次出现咳嗽、咳痰症状,痰为白色黏液样,不易咳出,伴胸闷、气短,稍活动后即感呼吸困难,夜间高枕卧位,双下肢
