数字摄影技术在尘肺诊断中的应用

【摘要】:对1205例确诊为矽肺的患者分别拍摄普通高仟伏(HkV)胸片和数字摄影(DR)对比分析诊断期别、小阴影形态、总体密集度,并观察不同kV、不同相机像素和窗位窗宽等投照条件对胸片尘肺病变、胸片黑白度、胸椎暴露程度的影响。所有诊断专家或不同诊断组对同一尘肺患者的DR胸片和HkV胸片诊断期别、小阴影形态、总体密集度的判定结果非常接近。用110 kV、120 kV所拍摄的DR胸片显示的肺纹理和病变边缘比用80 kV、90 kV拍摄的DR胸片要清晰;像素尺寸小、像素值越高的相机打印出的胸片其肺野外带肺纹理以及尘肺病变边缘更清晰、锐利,更利于观察。提示DR技术有利于提高胸片质量和尘肺病诊断准确率,建议尘肺的DR摄影以110~120 kV为宜,对相机的像素也应作出具体的要求。
[Abstract]:1205 patients with silicosis were compared with conventional high KV (HkV) chest radiographs and digital (DR) to analyze the diagnostic period, the shape of small shadows, and the overall density. The effects of different camera pixels and window width on pneumoconiosis, black-and-white degree of chest film and exposure degree of thoracic vertebrae were observed. The results of Dr chest radiographs and HkV chest radiographs of the same pneumoconiosis patients were similar to those of all diagnostic experts or different diagnostic groups. The lung texture and lesion edge of Dr chest radiographs taken with 110 kV or 120 kV radiographs were clearer than those of Dr chest films taken with 80 kV or 90 kV radiographs. The smaller pixel size and the higher the pixel value, the clearer the lung texture and the edge of pneumoconiosis. Sharpness is easier to observe. Dr technique is helpful to improve the quality of chest radiographs and the diagnostic accuracy of pneumoconiosis. It is suggested that 110 ~ 120kV should be used in Dr photography of pneumoconiosis, and the pixel of camera should be required.
