高原地区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者颅内动脉密度相关研究

【摘要】:目的探讨高原地区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者颅内动脉密度与Hb及肺动脉直径的关系。方法对48例居住在高原地区脑动脉密度增高的COPD患者行头颅CT检查,记录大脑中动脉近段及基底动脉CT值,并与48名正常对照者进行比较。结果颅内动脉密度增高组CT值、Hb水平及右下肺动脉直径显著高于正常对照组(t=15.547,t=29.027,t=8.494;均P0.01)。线性回归分析显示,高原地区COPD患者颅内动脉CT值与Hb浓度及右下肺动脉直径呈正相关(r=0.742,r=0.516;均P0.01)。结论高原地区COPD患者出现颅内动脉密度不同程度增高,增高程度与Hb浓度及右下肺动脉直径呈正相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between intracranial arterial density, Hb and pulmonary artery diameter in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at high altitude. Methods cranial CT was performed in 48 COPD patients with increased cerebral artery density living at high altitude. The CT values of proximal middle cerebral artery and basilar artery were recorded and compared with 48 normal controls. Results the level of CT and the diameter of right lower pulmonary artery in the group with increased intracranial artery density were significantly higher than those in the control group (t = 15.547, t = 29.027, t = 8.494; all P 0.01). Linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between CT value of intracranial artery and Hb concentration and diameter of right lower pulmonary artery in patients with COPD at high altitude (r = 0.742r = 0.516; all P 0.01). Conclusion Intracranial arterial density increased in patients with COPD at high altitude, which was positively correlated with the concentration of Hb and the diameter of right lower pulmonary artery.
