MMP-7在IPF中的水平及意义

【摘要】：目的研究血清MMP-7在IPF患者中的变化,探讨其在肺纤维化患者发病中的作用。方法收集11例IPF患者血清为实验组,收集10例健康成人血清为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清MMP-7含量,并与肺功能、动脉血气分析、呼吸困难程度进行分析。结果①IPF患者肺功能轻中度组血清MMP-7浓度(41.54±10.11)ng/mL及肺功能重度组血清MMP-7浓度(61.42±10.96)ng/mL,高于正常对照组血清MMP-7浓度(26.57±15.89)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。肺功能重度组血清MMP-7浓度高于肺功能轻中度组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。②IPF患者血清MMP-7水平与动脉PaO2呈负相关(rs=-0.623,P=0.041),与呼吸困难严重程度呈正相关(rs=0.684,P=0.02),而与P(A-a)O2、PaCO2及HCO3-浓度无明显相关性(P0.05)。结论①MMP-7可能参与了IPF的发病过程;②MMP-7可作为IPF严重程度及预后的一项参考指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of serum MMP-7 in patients with IPF and its role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis. Methods Serum samples of 11 patients with IPF were collected as experimental group and 10 healthy adults as control group. The content of serum MMP-7 was determined by Elisa (ELISA), and was analyzed with pulmonary function, arterial blood gas analysis and degree of dyspnea. Results the serum MMP-7 concentration in patients with 1IPF was (41.54 卤10.11) ng/mL and that in patients with severe pulmonary function was (61.42 卤10.96) ng/mL,. The serum MMP-7 concentration was (26.57 卤15.89) ng/mL, higher than that of the normal control group (P0.05). The serum MMP-7 concentration in severe pulmonary function group was significantly higher than that in mild to moderate pulmonary function group (P0.05). The serum MMP-7 level in 2IPF patients was negatively correlated with arterial PaO2 (rs=-0.623,P=0.041). There was a positive correlation with the severity of dyspnea (rs=0.684,P=0.02), but no significant correlation with the concentration of P (A-a) O _ 2 Paco _ 2 and HCO3- (P0.05). Conclusion 1MMP-7 may be involved in the pathogenesis of IPF and 2MMP-7 may be a reference index for the severity and prognosis of IPF.
