纵隔Castleman病1例报告并文献复习

【摘要】：正Castleman病(Castleman′s disease,CD)是一种临床罕见、原因不明、以淋巴组织慢性增生为特点的疾病,由Castleman等1956年报道并命名。该病起病隐匿,发病率低,临床表现复杂多样,缺乏特异性,诊断困难,缺乏广泛深入的研究。现对1例术后确诊纵隔CD报道如下。
[Abstract]:Positive Castleman disease (Castleman's disease,CD) is a rare disease characterized by chronic hyperplasia of lymphoid tissue. It was reported and named by Castleman et al in 1956. The disease is characterized by occult onset, low incidence, complex clinical manifestations, lack of specificity, difficulty in diagnosis and lack of extensive and in-depth research. A case of postoperatively diagnosed mediastinal CD is reported as follows.
