【摘要】：正患者,女,25岁,因咳嗽咳痰半个月,右侧胸痛胸闷伴发热1周于2014年4月9日入院。患者半个月前无明显诱因下出现咳嗽咳痰,开始为浅褐色痰,逐渐转为淡黄脓痰,痰量不多,未予以特别重视,于1周前出现右侧胸痛胸闷,伴发热,最高体温39.1℃,外院查胸部CT示右侧胸腔包裹性积液,予胸腔穿刺引流出脓性液体,考虑为脓胸,故转至我院并拟"右侧包裹性脓胸"收住。入院体格检查:体温38.8℃,脉搏80
