气管插管或切开术后气管狭窄及闭塞的研究进展

【摘要】：气管插管或气管切开术后气管狭窄及闭塞在临床上有着较高的发病率，不但直接影响患者术后的康复和生活质量，而且严重影响临床治疗效果。针对气管插管或切开术后发生气管狭窄及闭塞的影响因素、诊断、治疗及预防做一综述，，以期提高临床治疗效果，降低并发症的发生率，改善生活质量提供参考。
[Abstract]:Tracheal stenosis and occlusion after tracheal intubation or tracheotomy has a high incidence in clinic, which not only directly affects the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients, but also seriously affects the effect of clinical treatment. In order to improve the clinical effect, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life, the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of tracheal stenosis and occlusion after tracheal intubation or incision were reviewed.
