肺内淋巴结的HRCT特征分析
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the high resolution CT (HRCT) features of intrapulmonary lymph node (IPLNs) in order to improve the recognition and diagnostic accuracy of the disease. Methods 58 patients with IPLNs proved by operation and pathology were examined with HRCT before operation. The results included the size, density, shape, edge, location, distribution and the relationship with pleura. The central components and peripheral structure of the nodules were observed by pathological sections. Results there were 68 nodules in 58 patients, all of which were located below the level of tracheal protuberance (7.03 卤1.73) mm, most of them were located in the subpleural area (88.2%), and the shape was irregular (85.3%). All of them were solid nodules except for one case with ground glass density. Characteristic thin line shadow was observed at the edge of the nodules. Only one line shadow was found in conventional CT (85.3%), HRCT), 2 or more (91.2%) were found in 60 nodules (88.2%), and at least one line shadow was found in 60 nodules (88.2%). The lymph nodes were characterized by carbon sequestration and thickened interlobular septum. Conclusion IPLNs is a rare benign pulmonary nodule, and its imaging features have some characteristics. HRCT can accurately detect the characteristic fine line like shadow, which is of great value in diagnosis.
