胸腺五肽辅助治疗多耐药肺结核患者的临床研究

【摘要】：目的分析胸腺五肽辅助治疗多耐药肺结核患者的临床疗效。方法选择在该院接受治疗的58例多耐药肺结核患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。对照组患者接受常规化疗方案,观察组在此基础上加用胸腺五肽辅助治疗。比较两组患者的治疗前后肺功能、免疫功能指标及痰菌转阴率等情况差异。结果观察组患者接受胸腺五肽辅助治疗后的FEV1、FVC和FEV1/FVC值均高于对照组患者(P0.05)。同时观察组患者各项免疫功能指标值也明显高于对照组(P0.05)。观察组患者治疗后各个时间点的痰菌转阴率均显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论胸腺五肽辅助治疗可以提高多耐药肺结核患者的肺功能、增强免疫功能,并且促进痰菌转阴。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical efficacy of thymus pentapeptide in the treatment of multi-drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 58 patients with multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group received routine chemotherapy regimen, and the observation group received adjuvant therapy with thymus pentapeptide on this basis. Pulmonary function, immune function and sputum negative rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the values of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). At the same time, the value of immune function index in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The sputum negative rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at each time point after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion the adjuvant therapy of thymus pentapeptide can improve pulmonary function, enhance immune function, and promote sputum negative transformation in patients with multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.
