三峡地区矿区尘肺患者肺功能状况分析

【摘要】：正尘肺是在职业活动中长期吸入生产性粉尘并储留在肺内而引起以肺纤维化为特征的疾病~([1])。尘肺早期主要表现为巨噬细胞肺泡炎,晚期则呈现进行性肺组织弥漫性纤维化,导致肺结构破坏,功能下降。本研究对宜昌三峡地区矿区尘肺患者的肺功能进行检测,旨在了解肺功能改变状况。1资料与方法1.1一般资料2013年1月至2016年6月随机选取宜昌夷陵区有关矿区尘肺患者250例为观察组,同时
[Abstract]:Positive pneumoconiosis (Pneumoconiosis) is a disease characterized by pulmonary fibrosis caused by inhalation of productive dust and retention in the lung during occupational activities. The main manifestations of pneumoconiosis were macrophage alveolitis in early stage and diffuse fibrosis in lung tissue in late stage which resulted in the destruction of lung structure and the decline of function. In this study, the pulmonary function of pneumoconiosis patients in the three Gorges mining area of Yichang was measured. Data and methods 1.1 General data from January 2013 to June 2016 were randomly selected from 250 patients with pneumoconiosis in Yiling area of Yichang as observation group.
