肺泡内液体清除机制研究进展

【摘要】:肺水肿是临床常见疾病,肺泡液的吸收和消散对于减慢肺水肿的形成速度、改善肺水肿的预后至关重要。本文从上皮钠通道、水通道蛋白、β受体激动剂、上皮氯通道、α受体激动剂5个方面介绍了肺泡液体清除机制的研究进展,并简要介绍酸敏感离子通道及γ-氨基丁酸受体在肺泡液体清除中的作用机制。
[Abstract]:Pulmonary edema is a common clinical disease. The absorption and dissipation of alveolar fluid is very important to slow down the formation rate of pulmonary edema and improve the prognosis of pulmonary edema. In this paper, the mechanism of alveolar fluid clearance was reviewed from five aspects: epithelial sodium channel, aquaporin, 尾 receptor agonist, epithelial chlorine channel and 伪 receptor agonist. The action mechanism of acid-sensitive ion channel and 纬-aminobutyric acid receptor in alveolar fluid clearance was briefly introduced.
