非粒细胞缺乏侵袭性肺曲霉病患者血清IL-17、Dectin-1的变化

【摘要】:目的探讨非粒细胞缺乏侵袭性肺曲霉病(IPA)患者血清中IL-17、Dectin-1水平的变化及其意义。方法分别收集23例确诊及临床诊断为IPA的非粒细胞缺乏患者(IPA组)、31例临床诊断为肺炎患者(肺炎组)和51例健康体检者(对照组)的资料,应用ELISA法测定血清IL-17含量;同时检测IPA组及对照组血清Dectin-1含量,并测定IPA组患者血清G试验、GM试验、外周血白细胞计数和血清CRP的水平,随访患者预后,分析血清IL-17与其相关性。结果 IPA组患者血清IL-17含量明显高于对照组(P0.05);肺炎组患者血清IL-17水平与对照组差异无统计学意义(P0.05);IPA组血清Dectin-1含量明显高于对照组(P0.05);IPA组血清IL-17与Dectin-1水平呈正相关(r=0.81,P0.05);IPA组血清IL-17、Dectin-1水平与G试验、GM试验、白细胞、CRP及患者的预后无相关性(P0.05)。结论非粒细胞缺乏宿主曲霉感染时刺激Dectin-1产生,激活Th17细胞免疫反应,且两者间存在相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and significance of serum IL-17,Dectin-1 levels in patients with non-granulocytopenia invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA). Methods the data of 23 patients with non-granulocyte deficiency (IPA) diagnosed and clinically diagnosed as IPA, 31 patients with pneumonia (pneumonia group) and 51 healthy controls (control group) were collected. The content of serum IL-17 was determined by ELISA. At the same time, the levels of serum Dectin-1 in IPA group and control group were measured, and the serum G test, GM test, white blood cell count in peripheral blood and serum CRP level in IPA group were measured. The prognosis of patients was followed up and the correlation between serum IL-17 and serum IL-17 was analyzed. Results the level of serum IL-17 in the IPA group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in the serum IL-17 level between the pneumonia group and the control group (P0.05). The level of serum Dectin-1 in IPA group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum IL-17 and Dectin-1 level in); IPA group (r = 0.81, P0.05). There was no correlation between serum IL-17,Dectin-1 level and G test, GM test, leukocyte, CRP and prognosis in IPA group (P0.05). Conclusion non-granulocyte lack of host Aspergillus infection stimulates the production of Dectin-1 and activates the immune response of Th17 cells, and there is a correlation between them.
