普伐他汀对烟熏大鼠肺部急性炎症抑制作用的初步研究

【摘要】:目的探讨雾化吸入普伐他汀对烟熏大鼠肺部急性炎症的影响。方法 32只6~8周龄的SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、烟熏组、生理盐水组和普伐他汀钠组。正常对照组大鼠不予特殊处理,其它3组予以香烟烟雾暴露1周,生理盐水组、普伐他汀钠组分别在烟熏同时雾化吸入生理盐水或普伐他汀钠。1周后处死大鼠,比较各组大鼠的体重、肺泡灌洗液细胞数、血浆白介素(IL)-10、IL-17浓度及IL-10/IL-17的比值,以及肺组织中炎症的变化。结果接受烟熏处理的大鼠体重增加均有所减少,各组之间差异无统计学意义,烟熏组大鼠肺内有明显的急性炎症改变,肺泡灌洗液中炎症细胞数量及血浆中IL-10浓度明显增高,与正常对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。雾化吸入普伐他汀钠组大鼠肺内炎症病理变化明显减轻,IL-10浓度增高较弱,IL-10/IL-17比值接近1。结论雾化吸入普伐他汀钠对烟熏导致的大鼠急性肺部炎症有一定的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the effect of inhalation of pravastatin on the acute inflammation of the lung in the smoking rats. Methods 32 SD rats from 6 to 8 weeks of age were randomly divided into the normal control group, the smoking group, the saline group and the pravastatin sodium group. In the normal control group, the rats were not treated with special treatment, and the other three groups were exposed to the cigarette smoke for 1 week, the normal saline group and the pravastatin sodium group were respectively and atomized into normal saline or pravastatin sodium at the same time. The rats were sacrificed after 1 week, and the weight of each group of rats and the number of the alveolar lavage fluid cells were compared. The ratio of IL-10, IL-17 and IL-10/ IL-17 and the change of inflammation in lung tissue. Results The weight gain of the rats treated with the smoke was decreased, and there was no significant difference between the groups. There were significant changes of acute inflammation in the lung of the smoked group, the number of inflammatory cells in the alveolar lavage fluid and the concentration of IL-10 in the plasma increased significantly, compared with the normal control group, The difference was significant (P0.05). The level of IL-10 and IL-10/ IL-17 was close to 1. Conclusion The inhalation of pravastatin sodium has a certain inhibitory effect on the acute lung inflammation in rats.
