车载X光机胸片质量影响因素探讨

【摘要】：正目前,传统高仟伏胸片检查仍是职业健康体检的主要检查方式,质量控制手段比较成熟。外出到现场做职业健康体检时使用车载X光机进行胸片检查有其自身的特殊性,迄今未见有关这类胸片质量控制的文献。现收集本院1000张现场职业健康体检的胸片进行分析,旨在总结经验的同时,希望能引起广大同仁的重视。1对象与方法1.1对象连续提取本院2010年4月—2010年7月期间现场职业健康体检的高仟伏胸片1000张。
[Abstract]:At present, the traditional high kilovolt chest X-ray examination is still the main way of occupational health check-up, and the quality control method is mature. It has its own particularity to use on-board X-ray machine to carry out chest X-ray examination when going to the field for occupational health check-up. So far there is no literature about the quality control of this kind of chest X-ray examination. We now collect 1000 chest radiographs of occupational health check-ups in our hospital for analysis, in order to sum up our experience and at the same time, 1. Objects and methods 1. 1 continuous extraction of 1000 high kilovolt chest radiographs from April 2010 to July 2010 in our hospital.
