GOLD 2017更新要点解读及其对中国慢性阻塞性肺疾病分级诊疗的启示

【摘要】：慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球倡议(GOLD)是关于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)规范防控的全球纲领性文件,GOLD 2017在既往指南基础之上,对COPD的定义、诊断、病情评估和治疗方案均进行了重大调整,对患者出院后随访时间和内容、治疗方案的调整等做了比较详细的说明,为我国COPD分级诊疗的开展提供了很好的参考依据,有利于社区全科医生更好地开展COPD的防控工作。
[Abstract]:The Global Initiative on chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD) is a global programmatic document on the prevention and control of (COPD) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. GOLD 2017 defines and diagnoses COPD on the basis of previous guidelines. Significant adjustments have been made to the evaluation of the disease and the treatment plan. The follow-up time and content of the patients after discharge and the adjustment of the treatment plan have been explained in detail, which provides a good reference for the development of COPD grading diagnosis and treatment in China. It is helpful for community general practitioners to better carry out the prevention and control of COPD.
