【摘要】：正随着无创呼吸机性能的改善,面罩的改进,无创机械通气(NIPPV)已广泛用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗,循证医学已证实了NIPPV在治疗轻中度Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的价值〔1〕。对于重度Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭〔动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)≥80 mmHg〕伴神志障碍者不推荐使用;但已有研究〔2,3〕证实,NIPPV对COPD并重度Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭、肺性脑病患者有益。本研究观察NIPPV治疗COPD急性加重(AECOPD)
