舒芬太尼诱发女性呛咳与术后恶心呕吐相关性的研究

目的:观察行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的女性患者在麻醉诱导时静注舒芬太尼后是否出现呛咳反应,将出现呛咳反应的患者列入呛咳组,将未出现呛咳反应的患者列入非呛咳组。通过比较呛咳组和非呛咳组术后出现恶心呕吐的发生几率和严重程度有无统计学差异,研究舒芬太尼诱发女性呛咳与术后恶心呕吐（PONV）有无相关性。方法:将邵阳市中心医院230例ASAⅠⅡ级择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的女性患者初步入组并进行编号,根据麻醉诱导时静注舒芬太尼后是否出现呛咳反应将患者分为呛咳组和非呛咳组。所有患者均采用全凭静脉麻醉。记录患者术后2h内是否出现恶心呕吐、并根据WHO恶心呕吐评分标准进行评分。若初步入组的患者手术方式由腹腔镜中转开放、手术时间超过2h、术后2h内患者因疼痛难忍需使用止痛药或要求使用镇痛泵,则将该患者剔出实验组。结果:1.两组患者术后2h恶心呕吐发生几率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2.两组患者术后2h发生术后恶心呕吐的程度差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:1.舒芬太尼诱发呛咳是女性行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术术后出现恶心呕吐的危险因素。2.舒芬太尼诱发呛咳与女性行腹腔镜下胆囊切...
