膀胱癌的淋巴结清扫范围

【摘要】：正膀胱癌在我国是最常见的泌尿生殖系恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁着人类的生命健康。目前,根治性膀胱切除术(radical cystectomy,RC)和盆腔淋巴结清扫术(pelvic lymph node dissection,PLND)是肌层浸润性膀胱癌和高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的标准治疗方式~([1]),其中,PLND所起到的分期和治疗作用已得到公认,然而其清扫范围尚没有统一的标准。笔者结合PLND的研究进展及中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院泌尿外科的实践经验,就膀胱癌PLND展开讨论。
[Abstract]:Normal bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the genitourinary system in China, which is a serious threat to human life and health. Radical cystectomy (RCC) and pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) are the standard methods for the treatment of myometrial invasive bladder cancer and high risk non-myometrial invasive bladder cancer ([1]), in which the staging and therapeutic role of PLND has been recognized. However, there is no uniform standard in the scope of dissection. Based on the research progress of PLND and the practical experience of urology in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, the author discusses PLND of bladder cancer.
