前列腺囊性上皮肿瘤谱系:大部分囊腺癌是囊内乳头型导管腺癌

【摘要】：正起源于前列腺的囊性上皮肿瘤非常罕见,目前尚未定义其完整的组织学谱系。现介绍8例前列腺囊性肿瘤,包括1例巨大的多房囊腺瘤及7例囊腺癌。作者根据不同的临床表现将囊腺癌分为"巨大多房"囊腺癌(3例)"微小"囊腺癌(4例),前者临床上表现为明显的囊性肿物。1例发生于55岁男性患者的囊腺瘤,表现为直径11 cm的多房囊性盆腔肿
[Abstract]:It originated in the prostate cystic epithelial tumor is very rare, has not yet defined its complete histologic spectrum. This paper introduces 8 cases of prostatic cystic tumors, including 1 cases of huge multilocular cystadenomas and 7 cases of cystadenocarcinoma. The cystadenocarcinoma is divided into "vast multilocular" cystadenocarcinoma according to different clinical manifestations (3 cases) "small" cystadenocarcinoma (4 cases), the clinical manifestations of cystic masses of.1 cases was made in a 55 year old male patients with cystadenoma showed multilocular cystic pelvic swelling with diameter of 11 cm
