可测压输尿管吸引鞘系统在输尿管镜吸引取石术中的应用效果观察

【摘要】:目的观察输尿管中下段石街或结石患者输尿管镜吸引取石术中应用可测压输尿管吸引鞘系统的效果。方法选择17例输尿管中下段石街或结石患者,用可测压输尿管吸引鞘系统行智能监控腔内压力的输尿管镜吸引取石术。观察手术效果及并发症等情况。结果 16例一期置入可测压输尿管吸引鞘并成功实施智能监控腔内压力的输尿管镜吸引取石术,1例因置入可测压输尿管吸引鞘失败改为普通输尿管镜碎石术。16例术中腔内压力均控制在20 mm Hg以内,手术时间为(48.2±12.9)min,清石率为100%。术中均未出现并发症,术后2例发生ClavienⅠ级并发症,1例发生ClavienⅡ级并发症。结论输尿管中下段石街或结石患者行输尿管镜吸引取石术中应用可测压输尿管吸引鞘系统效果较好。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of ureteroscopic suction system on ureteral suction sheath in patients with middle and lower ureteral stone block or calculi. Methods 17 patients with middle and lower ureteral stone block or calculi were selected. Ureteroscopic suction lithotripsy was performed by using ureteral suction sheath system with measurable pressure. The results of operation and complications were observed. Results 16 cases of ureteral suction sheath were placed in one stage and were successfully performed. One case of ureteroscopic suction lithotripsy, which could monitor the pressure of the ureteroscope, was changed into common ureteroscopic lithotripsy because of the failure of placement of ureteral suction sheath. 16 cases of ureteroscopic lithotripsy were controlled within 20 mm Hg during the operation. The operative time was 48.2 卤12.9 min, and the stone removal rate was 100. There were no complications during the operation. There were 2 cases of Clavien 鈪,
