老年脑梗死泌尿系感染患者白介素与组织因子的变化研究

【摘要】：目的研究老年脑梗死合并泌尿系感染患者血清及尿液白介素(IL)及组织因子的变化,为该类老年患者泌尿系感染的预防和治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2014年5月-2015年9月医院60例老年脑梗死合并泌尿系感染患者为观察组,同期选取60例老年脑梗死患者为对照组,比较两组患者的血清及尿液白介素及组织因子水平,数据采用SAS 6.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组血清及尿液IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10及TF水平分别为(3.45±0.42)(16.36±1.89)(18.52±2.20)(28.98±3.04)pg/ml及(1.64±0.21)U/L,均高于对照组,且观察组不同感染程度及感染部位者血清及尿液检测结果差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论老年脑梗死合并泌尿系感染患者血清及尿液白介素及组织因子呈现高表达状态,不同感染程度及感染部位者的血清及尿液检测结果也存在明显差异,应给予充分的重视及干预。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of serum and urine interleukin (IL) and tissue factors in elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with urinary tract infection. Methods from May 2014 to September 2015, 60 elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with urinary tract infection were selected as the observation group. In the same period, 60 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected as control group. The levels of serum and urine interleukin and tissue factors were compared between the two groups. Results the levels of IL-8 / IL-10 and TF in serum and urine of the observation group were 3.45 卤0.42U / L and 18.52 卤2.20g / ml and 1.64 卤0.21U / L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group, the data were analyzed by SAS 6.0 software, and the results showed that the levels of IL-10 and TF in serum and urine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, respectively, and the levels of IL-10 and TF in serum and urine were higher than those in the control group. There were significant differences in serum and urine in patients with different infection degree and infection site. Conclusion Serum and urine interleukin and tissue factors in elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with urinary tract infection are highly expressed. There were significant differences in serum and urine of patients with different infection degree and infection site, which should be paid more attention and intervention.
