达芬奇内窥镜辅助前列腺根治术与腹腔镜根治术术后医院感染分析

【摘要】：目的对比分析达芬奇内窥镜辅助前列腺根治术与腹腔镜根治术术后医院感染情况。方法选取医院2015年6月-2016年6月行前列腺根治术患者86例为试验组,采用达芬奇内窥镜辅助前列腺根治术治疗;2014年6月-2015年5月在医院行腹腔镜下前列腺根治术患者98例为对照组,比较两组术后医院感染发生情况。结果两组在术后留置尿管时间上并无明显差异,但试验组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组患者发生医院感染7例,感染率为8.13%,对照组感染18例感染率为18.36%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组感染患者共培养出病原菌18株,对照组检出29株,均以革兰阴性菌为主,分别占72.22%、75.86%。结论达芬奇内窥镜辅助前列腺根治术相比腹腔镜根治术,发生术后医院感染概率更低,具有更好的临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the nosocomial infection after radical prostatectomy with Leonardo da Vinci endoscope and laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Methods 86 patients undergoing prostatectomy from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the experimental group. Da Vinci endoscope was used to assist radical prostatectomy and 98 patients underwent laparoscopic prostatectomy in hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 as control group. Results there was no significant difference in the time of indwelling urethral catheter between the two groups, but the time of operation, the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the time of hospitalization after operation in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group. The nosocomial infection occurred in 7 patients in the test group, the infection rate was 8.13 and the infection rate in the control group was 18.366.There was a significant difference between the two groups. In the control group, 29 strains of Gram-negative bacteria were detected, accounting for 72.22% and 75.86% respectively. Conclusion compared with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, Leonardo da Vinci endoscope assisted prostatectomy has a lower probability of postoperative nosocomial infection, and has better clinical application value.
