不同类型的PKS电极在PKEP中的应用比较

【摘要】：目的:比较两种等离子电极(PKS)在经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术(PKEP)术中的应用效果。方法:以行PKEP的153例良性前列腺增生症患者为研究对象,患者分为两组,A组105例,术中采用环状电切电极剜除增生腺瘤;B组48例,术中采用铲状电极剜除增生腺瘤,比较两组手术相关数据。结果:在PKEP中B组应用的铲状电极符合手术力学特点,具有良好的操控性和适当的机械强度,并且电极损耗率明显下降。结论:在PKEP中应用铲状电极操作更为准确和顺畅,更符合PKEP手术要求,更为安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effect of two kinds of plasma electrode PKS in transurethral enucleation of prostate (PPH). Methods: one hundred and three patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) undergoing PKEP were divided into two groups: group A (n = 105), group A (n = 105) and group A (n = 105). 48 cases of hyperplastic adenoma were gouged out by circular electrocution electrode during operation, and 48 cases were gouged out by spade electrode during operation. Results: the shovel electrode used in group B in PKEP accorded with the characteristics of surgical mechanics. It has good maneuverability and proper mechanical strength, and the loss rate of electrode is obviously decreased. Conclusion: the operation of shovel electrode in PKEP is more accurate and smooth, meets the requirement of PKEP operation and is more safe.
