睾丸巨大多形性横纹肌肉瘤超声表现1例

【摘要】：正患者男,20岁。因发现阴囊肿物4个月余就诊。患者4个月前发现右侧阴囊内一大小约2~3cm无痛肿块,未予重视;后肿块逐渐增大,近10d患者感右侧睾丸持续性胀痛。查体:右侧阴囊较左侧增大,内触及鸡蛋样大小的肿块,质地硬,表面不光滑。超声检查:右侧阴囊内探及一大小约10.2cm×6.9cm杂乱回声肿块,边界尚清,阴囊内未见正常睾丸组织回声,肿块形态不规则,内可见不规则液性无回声
[Abstract]:The patient was 20 years old and had been diagnosed with scrotal mass for more than 4 months. The patient found a painless 2~3cm mass in the right scrotum about 4 months ago. In the last 10 days, the patient felt persistent distention pain in the right testis. Body examination: the right scrotum was larger than the left, and the inside of the right scrotum was larger than that of the left, with a hard texture and a non-smooth surface. Ultrasonic examination showed that the right scrotum had a disorderly echo mass of about 10.2cm 脳 6.9cm. The boundary is clear, there is no normal testicular tissue echo in the scrotum, the shape of the mass is irregular, and irregular fluid anechoic can be seen in the scrotum.
