交泰丸加减方干预心肾综合征进展期心肾功能恶化的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察交泰丸加减方对心肾综合征进展期患者心肾功能的改善作用。方法:60例心肾综合征进展期患者根据完全随机设计原则分为治疗组和对照组,在规范的西药治疗基础上,治疗组加用交泰丸加减,疗程14 d,观察气喘、水肿、尿少等主要中医症状、心功能、肾功能变化,评价药物疗效。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组患者治疗后症状总积分明显减少(P0.05);中医证候改善优于对照组(P0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级显著改善(P0.01);治疗组疗后B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)显著下降(P0.01),与对照组比较,治疗组NT-proBNP下降显著(P0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后尿素氮(BUN)明显下降(P0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制物-C(Cys-C)均明显下降(P0.05),治疗组下降显著(P0.01),与对照组比较,治疗组Cys-C下降明显(P0.05)。结论:交泰丸加减方能改善心肾综合征进展期患者心肾功能恶化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Jiaotai Pill on the improvement of cardiac and renal function in patients with advanced cardiorenal syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with advanced cardiorenal syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of complete random design. On the basis of the standard western medicine treatment, the treatment group was treated with Jiaotai pill for 14 days, and asthma and edema were observed.The main TCM symptoms, cardiac function, renal function changes, evaluation of drug efficacy.Results: compared with the control group, the total symptom score of the patients in the treatment group was significantly reduced after treatment, and the improvement of TCM syndromes was better than that of the control group.Compared with before treatment, the cardiac function grading of the New York Heart Association (NYHA) in the two groups was significantly improved after treatment, and that of NT-proBNPs in the treatment group was significantly decreased after treatment. Compared with the control group, the NT-proBNP of the treatment group decreased significantly (P 0.01), and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.In the treatment group, bun (bun) decreased significantly (P 0.05).Compared with the control group, the serum cystine protease inhibitor C- Cys-Cdecreased significantly after treatment in both groups, and decreased significantly in the treatment group (P 0.01). Compared with the control group, the Cys-C in the treatment group decreased significantly (P 0.05).Conclusion: Jiaotai Pill can improve the deterioration of cardiac and renal function in patients with advanced cardiorenal syndrome.
