脂代谢调节对老年前列腺癌患者治疗效果的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨脂代谢调节对老年前列腺癌患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取老年前列腺癌患者126例进行回顾性分析,依据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组及对照组各63例,对照组接受氟他胺联合戈舍瑞林进行治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用阿托伐他汀进行治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗过程中前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平、血脂水平、治疗疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗前两组患者PSA、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗6个月及12个月后治疗组PSA水平显著低于对照组(P0.05);治疗12个月后治疗组TC及TG水平明显低于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗疗效显著优于对照组(P0.05);治疗过程中两组不良反应情况比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论老年前列腺癌患者进行常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀进行调脂治疗可显著降低患者的PSA、TC及TG水平,提高肿瘤治疗效果,且无其他明显不良反应。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of lipid metabolism regulation on the treatment of prostate cancer in elderly patients.Methods 126 elderly patients with prostate cancer were retrospectively analyzed and divided into treatment group (n = 63) and control group (n = 63). The control group was treated with flutamide combined with goserelin.The treatment group was treated with Atto vastatin on the basis of the control group.The levels of prostate specific antigen (PSA), blood lipid, therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and during treatment.Results before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of PSA, total cholesterol and triglyceride, the levels of PSA in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 6 and 12 months of treatment, and the levels of TC and TG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 12 months of treatment, and the levels of TC and TG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 12 months of treatment.The level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups during the course of treatment.Conclusion on the basis of routine therapy, the combination of Atto vastatin and lipid-regulating therapy can significantly reduce the levels of PSATC and TG, and improve the therapeutic effect of prostate cancer, and there are no other adverse reactions.
