终末期肾病钙磷代谢紊乱研究进展

【摘要】：终末期肾病(ESRD)发病率呈增高趋势,给社会和个人带来沉重负担。钙磷代谢紊乱是ESRD常见的矿物质代谢紊乱,研究和防治ESRD患者钙磷代谢紊乱成为提高ESRD患者生存率和生活质量(QOL)的重要课题。ESRD引起钙磷代谢紊乱的机制、并发症及危害逐渐得到临床工作者和患者的重视,其治疗在我国目前仍然生物医学模式为主,近年来新型药物的不断出现和新的医学模式干预(生物-心理-社会医学模式)降低ESRD患者死亡率,使ESRD患者QOL得到提高。
[Abstract]:The incidence of end-stage nephropathy (ESRD) is increasing, which brings heavy burden to society and individuals.Calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder is a common mineral metabolism disorder in ESRD. To study and prevent calcium phosphorus metabolism disorder in patients with ESRD has become an important topic in improving survival rate and quality of life of ESRD patients.Clinical workers and patients pay more and more attention to the complications and hazards, and the treatment of them is still based on the biomedical model in our country.In recent years, the emergence of new drugs and the intervention of new medical model (bio-psycho-social medical model) to reduce the death rate of patients with ESRD, so that QOL patients with ESRD have been increased.
