芪苈强心胶囊对尿毒症合并心力衰竭患者血清脂联素及心功能的影响

【摘要】：目的:研究芪苈强心胶囊对尿毒症合并心力衰竭患者血清脂联素(APN)及心功能的影响。方法:将尿毒症合并心力衰竭患者随机分成治疗组和安慰剂组,在西医常规治疗的基础上分别加用芪苈强心胶囊和对照胶囊,观察治疗前后患者心功能分级、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)和左室射血分数(LVEF)及APN水平变化。结果:尿毒症合并心力衰竭患者APN水平明显高于正常人,APN水平随美国纽约心脏协会(NYHA)分级增加有升高趋势,但差异无显著性(P0.05);治疗8周后,治疗组总有效率明显高于安慰剂组,治疗后两组患者LVEDD、LVESD均缩小,LVEF增高,APN水平下降,与安慰剂组比较,治疗组上述指标变化更明显,差异具统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊能明显降低尿毒症合并心力衰竭患者APN水平,改善心功能。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of Qiliqiangxin capsule on serum adiponectin (APN) and cardiac function in patients with uremia complicated with heart failure.Methods: uremic patients with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and placebo group. The patients were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule and control capsule on the basis of routine western medicine respectively. The cardiac function grading was observed before and after treatment.The changes of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and APN levels were observed.Results: the level of APN in uremic patients with heart failure was significantly higher than that in normal controls, but there was no significant difference in the level of APN with the New York Heart Association (NYHA) grading, and the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the placebo group after 8 weeks of treatment.After treatment, LVEDDD LVESD decreased and LVEF increased and APN decreased. Compared with placebo group, the changes of the above indexes were more obvious in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: Qiliqiangxin capsule can significantly reduce the level of APN and improve cardiac function in uremic patients with heart failure.
