泌尿外科老年患者术后下肢活动依从性的行动研究

【摘要】:目的通过研究发现影响泌尿外科老年患者下肢活动依从性的因素,制订切实可行的下肢活动方案,预防患者术后下肢静脉血栓的形成。方法在泌尿外科病房选取研究者所在责任组内行手术治疗患者共22例进行下肢活动指导,根据Lewin提出的行动研究框架,以计划、行动、观察、反思4个步骤进行螺旋式循环,评价活动方案的有效性和可行性,采用询问法评估患者的依从性。结果实践10周,共完成4轮循环,经过实践细化护理程序,完善危险因素评估表,调整宣教时间等,使被干预患者对下肢活动重要性的认知程度和接受程度得到了提高,活动的依从性良好。结论本研究所制订的下肢活动方案经过行动研究实践的修改及完善,能够提高患者下肢活动的依从性,以预防深静脉血栓的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to find out the factors that influence the lower extremity movement compliance of the elderly patients in urological surgery, and to establish a feasible scheme of lower extremity movement to prevent the formation of lower extremity venous thrombosis after operation. Methods A total of 22 patients with lower extremity movement were selected from the urological ward in the responsibility group. According to the framework of action research proposed by Lewin, four steps of spiral circulation were carried out in order to plan, act, observe and reflect. To evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the program of activities, the compliance of patients was assessed by means of inquiry. Results after 10 weeks of practice, four rounds of circulation were completed. The nursing procedure was refined, the risk factor assessment table was improved, and the time of education was adjusted. The cognition and acceptance of the importance of lower extremity activities of the patients were improved. Activity compliance is good. Conclusion the scheme of lower extremity activity developed by this study can improve the compliance of patients with lower extremity activity and prevent the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis through the modification and perfection of action research practice.
