肿瘤坏死因子相关诱导凋亡配体在前列腺癌中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子相关诱导凋亡配体(TRAIL)在前列腺癌发病机制中的作用。方法取石蜡包埋的前列腺癌组织(前列腺癌组)和良性前列腺增生组织(良性前列腺增生组)各50例,免疫组化法测定两组组织中TRAIL蛋白的表达。结果前列腺癌组TRAIL蛋白的阳性表达率和阳性表达强度均显著高于良性前列腺增生组(依次为:86.00%vs 66.00%;0.180±0.043 vs 0.128±0.021 OD值)(P0.05或P0.01)。前列腺癌组TRAIL蛋白的阳性表达率和阳性表达强度分别在Ⅰ~Ⅱ期和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期之间、伴有和不伴有骨/淋巴结转移之间差异均无统计学意义(依次为:88.89%vs 84.38%,0.181±0.051 vs 0.179±0.029;89.47%vs 75.00%,0.182±0.044 vs 0.181±0.036)(均P0.05)。结论 TRAIL在前列腺癌组织中表达增强,但与TMN分期、骨/淋巴结转移无关,增强表达的TRAIL可能与前列腺组织的恶化有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand trail in the pathogenesis of prostate cancer. Methods the expression of TRAIL protein in paraffin embedded prostate cancer (prostate cancer group) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (benign prostatic hyperplasia group) was determined by immunohistochemical method.
