男性血清锌α2糖蛋白与血脂、生殖激素的关联性研究

【摘要】:目的:了解男性血清锌α2糖蛋白(ZAG)的水平变化及其与生殖激素的关系。方法:选取25~65岁体检男性297例,按血脂水平分为对照组145例和高脂组152例;按年龄分为25~35岁、36~45岁、46~55岁、56~65岁4个年龄组;依据血清ZAG水平的三分位数分为3组(Q1,Q2,Q3)。检测血脂、血糖、ZAG和生殖激素等,比较ZAG与代谢及生殖激素的关系。结果:(1)随着年龄的增长,对照组和病例组男性血清ZAG逐渐下降,在36~45岁和56~65岁明显下降,有统计学差异(P0.05)。同年龄组中比较,25~35岁和36~45岁中,高脂组的ZAG水平明显低于对照组,有统计学差异(P0.05)。(2)FSH在ZAG低、中、高水平组表达分别为(7.69±4.07)mIU/ml、(5.65±2.26)mIU/ml和(4.85±1.97)mIU/ml,3组之间比较差异有显著性(P0.05);T在ZAG低、中、高水平组表达分别(2.93±1.08)ng/ml、(3.51±1.22)ng/ml和(3.89±1.37)ng/ml,3组之间比较差异有显著性(P0.05)。(3)男性血清ZAG与年龄、WC、BMI、FBG、TG呈负相关(r=-0.58,-0.21,-0.22,-0.16,-0.27,P均0.05);与TT呈正相关(r=0.36,P0.05);年龄、BMI和TG是ZAG的独立影响因素。结论:男性血清锌α2糖蛋白随增龄而下降,与脂质代谢和腹型肥胖有关,并且其水平的变化和男性生殖激素有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the changes of serum zinc 伪 2 glycoprotein (ZAGG) levels and their relationship with reproductive hormones in men. Methods: 297 healthy males aged 25 ~ 65 years were divided into control group (n = 145) and hyperlipidemia group (n = 152) according to the level of serum lipids, 4 age groups (25 ~ 35 years old, 46 ~ 55 years old, 56 ~ 65 years old), and 3 groups were divided into 3 groups according to the three-digit number of serum ZAG level. Blood lipids, blood glucose Zag and reproductive hormones were measured to compare the relationship between ZAG and metabolism and reproductive hormones. Results (1) with the increase of age, the serum ZAG decreased gradually in the control group and the case group, and decreased significantly at the age of 36 ~ 45 years and 56 ~ 65 years old (P < 0.05). In the same age group, the level of ZAG in the high-fat group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05, P < 0.05). The expression of ZAG in the high group was 7.69 卤4.07 mIUU / ml 5.65 卤2.26)mIU/ml and 4.85 卤1.97 mm / ml respectively. There was a significant difference between the three groups. There were significant differences in the expression of serum ZAG between high level group (2.93 卤1.08ng / ml) 3.51 卤1.22)ng/ml and 3.89 卤1.37ngml / ml group (P < 0.05). There was a negative correlation between serum ZAG and TG of age group (r -0.58- 0.21- 0.22ng-1 -0.22ng / ml -0.22ng-1) -0.16ng-1 / 0.27P; there was a positive correlation between serum ZAG and TT (0.36ngml); age and TG were independent influencing factors of ZAG. Conclusion: the serum zinc 伪 2 glycoprotein decreased with age, which was related to lipid metabolism and abdominal obesity, and the change of serum zinc 伪 2 glycoprotein level was related to male reproductive hormone.
