早期草酸钙结石患者肾乳头衰减值对比研究

【摘要】:目的 了解早期草酸钙结石患者与非尿石症患者肾乳头衰减值的差异。方法回顾性分析经历泌尿系计算机断层扫描且符合纳入及排除标准的结石组及对照组患者,使用医疗影像信息管理系统在肾乳头顶部选取2.2 mm~2兴趣区域,分别从轴位和冠状位记录双侧上、中、下极位置肾乳头衰减值。比较不同位置的衰减值。结果结石组和对照组分别纳入46例患者。两组患者年龄、性别等人口学方面差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结石组肾乳头衰减值高于对照组(P0.01);中、下极位置结石组肾乳头衰减值高于对照组(P0.05);结石组下极位置肾乳头衰减值高于上极位置(P0.01)。结论早期草酸钙结石患者肾乳头衰减值高于非泌尿系结石患者,其肾乳头衰减值的区别主要体现在中下极。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the difference of renal papilla attenuation between early calcium oxalate stone patients and non-urolithiasis patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on patients with urinary tract computed tomography (CT) who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The 2. 2 mm~2 area of interest was selected at the top of the renal papilla using the medical image information management system. The attenuation values of renal papilla were recorded from axial position and coronal position, respectively. Compare attenuation values at different locations. Results 46 patients were included in the calculus group and the control group respectively. There was no significant difference in age, sex and demography between the two groups (P 0.05). The attenuation value of the renal papilla in the calculi group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.01), the attenuation value of the renal papilla in the middle pole group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the attenuation value in the lower pole position in the stone group was higher than that in the upper pole position (P 0.01). Conclusion the attenuation value of renal papilla in patients with early calcium oxalate calculi is higher than that in patients with non-urinary calculi, and the difference of the attenuation values of renal papilla is mainly reflected in the middle and lower pole.
