血管内皮细胞生长因子可溶性受体1与慢性肾小球肾炎相关性研究

【摘要】:目的检测慢性肾小球肾炎患者血、尿中可溶性血管内皮细胞生长因子受体1(sFlt-l)的水平,探讨sFlt-1在肾脏疾病中的意义。方法以2014年6月至2014年12月中国医科大学附属第一医院肾内科住院的34例肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象,根据24 h尿蛋白定量将患者分为非肾病范围蛋白尿组和肾病范围蛋白尿组。同时收集10名健康体检者作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测其血、尿中s Flt-1水平,并分析血、尿sFlt-1与24 h尿蛋白定量的相关性。结果对照组、非肾病范围蛋白尿组和肾病范围蛋白尿组患者血sFlt-1分别为(8.61±2.12)μg/L、(32.67±7.06)μg/L、(30.65±8.84)μg/L,尿s Flt-1分别为(6.66±2.37)μg/L、(29.54±5.64)μg/L、(27.41±6.79)μg/L。与对照组相比,非肾病范围蛋白尿组和肾病范围蛋白尿组患者血、尿sFlt-1表达水平明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);非肾病范围蛋白尿组和肾病范围蛋白尿组组间比较,血、尿s Flt-1表达水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。血sFlt-1表达水平与24 h尿蛋白定量无明显相关性(r=-0.029,P0.05);尿sFlt-1的表达与24 h尿蛋白定量无明显相关性(r=0.019,P0.05)。结论 sFlt-1在慢性肾小球肾炎发生、发展中发挥一定作用,检测sFlt-1水平并拮抗其生物学作用在慢性肾小球肾炎的诊疗中可能具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the level of soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (sFlt-1) in blood and urine of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and to explore the significance of sFlt-1 in renal diseases. Methods from June 2014 to December 2014, 34 patients with glomerulonephritis were enrolled in the Department of Nephrology, the first affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. According to 24 h urinary protein, the patients were divided into non-nephrotic proteinuria group and nephrotic proteinuria group. At the same time, 10 healthy people were collected as the control group. The levels of s Flt-1 in blood and urine were detected by Elisa, and the correlation between blood, urine sFlt-1 and 24 h urine protein was analyzed. Results the serum sFlt-1 of control group, non-nephrotic proteinuria group and nephropathy range proteinuria group were 32.67 卤7.06 渭 g / L and 30.65 卤8.84 渭 g / L, respectively, and their urine s Flt-1 were 6.66 卤2.37 渭 g / L 29.54 卤5.64 渭 g / L and 27.41 卤6.79 渭 g / L respectively. There was no significant difference in the expression of s Flt-1 in urine (P 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of sFlt-1 and 24 h urinary protein, but there was no significant correlation between the expression of urinary sFlt-1 and 24 h urine protein. Conclusion sFlt-1 plays a role in the development and development of chronic glomerulonephritis. It may be important to detect the level of sFlt-1 and antagonize its biological effect in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
