【摘要】：目的研究血浆胃泌素、胃动素在慢性肾脏病人与正常对照组人群之间有无差异,探讨血浆胃泌素、胃动素在慢性肾脏病中的变化规律。方法选慢性肾脏病90例,健康志愿者正常对照组9例,放射免疫法检测血浆胃泌素、胃动素的含量。对结果进行记录及统计分析。结果 1.慢性肾脏病组血浆胃泌素、胃动素的含量均高于正常对照组(p0.05)。 2.血浆胃泌素含量在慢性肾脏病组的五组(CKD1、CKD2、CKD3、CKD4、CKD5)与正常对照组比较均有显著性差异(p0.01),且与GFR呈正相关。 3.血浆胃动素含量在CKD3、CKD4组与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(p0.01)；在CKD1、CKD2、CKD5组与正常对照组比较无统计学差异(p0.05),CKD1组、CKD2组、CKD5组、均与GFR呈正相关；CKD3组、CKD4组与GFR呈负相关。结论慢性肾脏病患者血浆胃泌素和胃动素均有变化,其中血浆胃泌素含量随肾脏疾病的严重程度逐渐升高,血浆胃动素的含量在CKD3、CKD4组高于正常对照组,提示随着慢性肾脏病程度加重明显影响消化道分泌和运动功能。
[Abstract]:Purpose To study the difference of plasma gastrin and motilin between patients with chronic kidney and normal control group, and to explore the changes of plasma gastrin and motilin in chronic kidney disease. Method The plasma gastrin and motilin levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 90 patients with chronic kidney disease and 9 healthy volunteers. Record and analyze the results. Result 1. The plasma levels of gastrin and motilin in chronic kidney disease group were higher than those in normal control group (P 0.05). 2. The plasma gastrin content in the five groups of chronic kidney disease group was significantly different from that in the normal control group (P 0.01) and positively correlated with GFR. 3. The level of plasma motilin in CKD3 / CKD4 group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (p0.01), but there was no significant difference between CKD5 group and normal control group (p 0.05). There was a positive correlation between plasma motilin content and GFR in CKD4 group. Conclusion The plasma levels of gastrin and motilin in patients with chronic kidney disease increased gradually with the severity of renal disease, and the plasma motilin levels in CKD3 / CKD4 group were higher than those in normal control group. The results suggest that with the exacerbation of chronic kidney disease, digestive tract secretion and motor function are significantly affected.
