阴茎癌腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结清扫术的治疗进展

【摘要】：阴茎癌是阴茎最常见的恶性肿瘤，主要经淋巴转移，腹股沟淋巴结是其最早和最常见的转移部位，且即使发生淋巴结转移，，也可通过淋巴结清扫达到治愈。传统开放腹股沟淋巴结清扫术是治疗阴茎癌伴腹股沟淋巴结转移的标准术式，但手术并发症发生率高，极易发生切口感染、切口裂开、皮瓣坏死、淋巴水肿等，限制了其在临床上的应用。腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结清扫术作为近年来兴起的一项新技术，手术并发症发生率较开放手术明显减少，淋巴结清扫效果与开放手术相当，未来可成为阴茎癌腹股沟淋巴结清扫的首选术式之一。
[Abstract]:Penile carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the penis. The inguinal lymph node is the earliest and most common metastatic site of penile carcinoma, and even if lymph node metastasis occurs, it can be cured by lymph node dissection. Traditional open inguinal lymph node dissection is the standard procedure for the treatment of penile carcinoma with inguinal lymph node metastasis, but the incidence of complications is high, incision infection, incision dehiscence, flap necrosis, lymphedema, etc. It limits its clinical application. Endoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection is a new technique developed in recent years. The incidence of complications is significantly lower than that of open surgery, and the effect of lymph node dissection is comparable to that of open surgery. In the future, it may be one of the first choice for inguinal lymph node dissection for penile carcinoma.
