不同透析年限老年终末期糖尿病肾病患者血压异常的相关因素

【摘要】：目的探讨不同透析年限老年终末期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血压异常的相关因素。方法收集该院及南方医院收治的220例老年终末期DN患者,按透析年限分为≤3年组(n=114)与3年组(n=106),比较两组高血压及低血压的发生率,并经单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析不同透析年限DN患者血压异常的影响因素。结果两组高血压发生率比较无统计学差异(P0.05),3年组低血压发生率明显高于≤3年组,血压异常发生率明显高于≤3年组(均P0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析,促红细胞生成素用量是不同透析年限老年终末期DN患者发生高血压的影响因素;心功能、血红蛋白(Hb)水平是发生低血压的影响因素。结论老年终末期DN患者透析年限越长,发生高血压或低血压的风险越高,应把握不同透析年限患者血压异常的特点,及时采取预防措施减少有关因素的影响,从而提高患者透析的耐受性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the related factors of abnormal blood pressure in elderly patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy (DN) with different dialysis years. Methods 220 elderly end-stage DN patients treated in this hospital and Southern Hospital were divided into 3 years group (n = 114) and 3 years group (n = 106). The incidence of hypertension and hypotension were compared between the two groups. Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of abnormal blood pressure in DN patients with different dialysis years.
