十一酸睾酮联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗男性少弱精症120例临床分析

【摘要】:目的:观察十一酸睾酮联合左卡尼汀口服溶液治疗男性少弱精症患者的疗效。方法:选取我院连续3次行精液常规检查确诊为少弱精子症的患者120例,采用自身前后对照的临床研究方法,给予分组后行药物对症治疗,分别以精子浓度、精子存活率及精子总活力(PR+NP,%)、配偶妊娠率为主要疗效指标,以PR%精子、精液量评价十一酸睾酮联合左卡尼汀口服溶液治疗男性少弱精子症的治疗效果。结果:有111例患者完成了临床研究,同治疗前相比,A组患者经口服十一酸睾酮治疗后,精液浓度及精子存活率较治疗前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);B组患者经口服左卡尼汀口服溶液治疗后,精子存活率、精子总活力(PR+NP,%)、PR%精子较治疗前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);C组患者经口服十一酸睾酮联合左卡尼汀口服溶液治疗后,精液浓度、精子存活率、精子总活力(PR+NP,%)、PR%精子较治疗前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),A、B、C三组经药物治疗后女方妊娠率有明显差异,C组疗效明显优于A组和B组(P0.05),同时,同治疗后1月时相比,C组在精子密度、精子存活率、精子总活力(PR+NP,%)三个主要参数于治疗后3个月时均显著提高(P0.05),同样,同治疗后2个月相比,相关精液参数在治疗后3个月时显著提高(P0.05).结论:十一酸睾酮联合左卡尼汀口服溶液能够显著提高少弱精子症男性精液相关参数,提高女方妊娠率,且用药期间未见明显的不良反应,可作为临床医师用药的一种选择
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the efficacy of testosterone undecanoate combined with levacarnitine oral solution in the treatment of male oligozoospermia. Methods: 120 cases of oligozoospermia diagnosed by routine semen examination for 3 times in our hospital were selected. Sperm survival rate, total sperm motility and total sperm motility (PR NPN) were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of testosterone undecanoate combined with L-carnitine oral solution in the treatment of male oligozoospermia. Results: 111 patients completed the clinical study. After oral testosterone undecanoate treatment, semen concentration and sperm survival rate in group A were significantly higher than those before treatment. There was a significant difference in sperm survival rate, total sperm motility and PRN% of patients in group B after oral administration of leucarnitine, which was significantly higher than that before treatment, and there was no significant difference between group B and group B in spermatozoa survival rate and total sperm motility (P < 0.05). There was a significant difference in semen concentration, sperm survival rate and total sperm motility in group C after oral administration of testosterone undecanoate and L-carnitine. There was significant difference in pregnancy rate between group A and group B after drug treatment. The effect of group C was better than that of group A and group B (P 0.05). At the same time, the sperm density and survival rate of group C were higher than those of group C at 1 month after treatment. The three main parameters of total sperm motility (PR NPN) increased significantly at 3 months after treatment. Similarly, compared with 2 months after treatment, the parameters of semen were significantly increased at 3 months after treatment. Conclusion: testosterone undecanoate combined with L-carnitine oral solution can significantly improve the semen parameters and pregnancy rate of oligozoospermia men, and there is no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment. It can be used as a choice for clinicians to use drugs.
