左卡尼汀联合复方α-酮酸片用于腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎患者促红素抵抗现象的临床研究

【摘要】：目的探讨左卡尼汀联合复方α-酮酸片是否能改善腹膜相关性腹膜炎患者促红素抵抗的现象。方法选择2012年1月至2014年5月在深圳市福永人民医院肾内科规律腹膜透析治疗的60例作为研究对象。根据是否发生促红素抵抗现象,将其分为抵抗组和对照组,每组各30例。疗程3个月,记录并观察各组患者的用药依从性和各项实验室检查结果,根据上述指标进行分析。结果左卡尼汀联合复方α-酮酸片联合应用后,患者的用药依从性可,抵抗组的Hb、Hct、ALB、CRP、IL-6、SF、TSAT均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);而两组的Ca2+、Cr、Bun差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论综上所述,左卡尼汀联合复方α-酮酸片用于腹透相关性腹膜炎患者有助于提高机体的营养水平,改善微炎症状态,减少患者的促红素抵抗现象,从而改善肾性贫血症状,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate whether levacarnitine combined with compound 伪-ketoacid tablets can improve the resistance to propofol in patients with peritonitis. Methods from January 2012 to May 2014, 60 patients who were treated with regular peritoneal dialysis in the Department of Renal Medicine, Fuyong people's Hospital of Shenzhen City were selected as the study objects. According to the phenomenon of resistance, the patients were divided into resistance group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). After 3 months of treatment, the drug compliance and laboratory results were recorded and observed. Results the drug compliance of patients with L-carnitine combined with compound 伪 -ketoacid tablets was good. The TSAT of the resistant group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion to sum up, L-carnitine combined with compound 伪 -ketoic acid tablets can improve the nutritional level of the body, improve the state of microinflammation, reduce the resistance to propofol and improve the symptoms of renal anemia in patients with peritoneal dialysis associated peritonitis. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
